We were delighted that Discovery Channel invited us to join forces once again with Andrew ET Ettingshausen to create their on air promotion for Shark Week 2014.
It’s always an awesome challenge to come up with ideas for the TV campaign and this year was no different. After pitching 3 concepts the winning idea was “Sharky”, a slightly out of shape man in a shark suit being put through his paces by ET on a specially design shark training course, to get “Sharky” ready for this years great line up of shark shows.
On a really fun one day shoot we created 11 program host links, 5 shark week idents, as well as the 5 TVCs for the promo campaign. The campaign has been a great success so far with close to 20K views on The Discovery Channel FB page and over 500 comments. Needless to say our client is stoked.
